Need help just got my creator micro 2

So far, I am extremely unhappy. I bought this device and haven't been able to use it yet. I've had to reset it cause it keeps getting stuck multiple times so far and I'm trying to flash the update again just in case somehow I got corrupted, but things are not working how they're supposed to.
