I placed an order over 2 months ago and paid for shipping. After multiple follow-ups, I was informed that the shipment had to be reassigned due to delivery to Hawaii. While I was eventually provided with updated tracking information, the package has experienced significant delays and has now shown no movement for over a week.
My suggestion is to improve communication when shipping issues arise. Proactive updates, estimated delivery timelines, and timely responses to customer inquiries would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.
I enjoy the products and understand that shipping delays can happen, but the lack of clear communication has been the most frustrating part of the process.
